face="Times New Roman">Årsmötet blev annorlunda i år. Styrelsen fick ett
påpekande att utsända handlingar saknade underskrifter. Det är korrekt. När man
inte kan samla folk så kräver det extra insatser för att få till underskrifter.
Då alla medlemmar fått del av handlingarna så är det vår övertygelse att om det
varit något fel i handlingarna hade vi fått en reaktion från berörda.</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><FONT
face="Times New Roman"></FONT> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Men
vi måste mötas. När vi på nytt kan träffas så avser styrelsen att kalla till ett
extra årsmöte. Den formella anledningen är ett förslag till ändringar i våra
stadgar. Vi arbetar med förslaget och just nu är följande ändringar
aktuella:</FONT></P>

ändamålsparagrafen byter vi ordet ”utbreda” till ”bredda” intresset för konst.
Det speglar bättre våra intentioner.</FONT></I></P>

vill att det i stadgarna skall stå var vi har vårt säte. Här anges Simrishamn

stadgarna ändrats när antalet ledamöter i styrelsen ändrats. Nu fastställer
årsmötet antalet ledamöter och vi kan ändra antalet utan att röra
stadgarna.</FONT></I></P>

vara hos styrelsen minst en månad före årsmötet. En vecka är alldeles för kort
